Reliance Digital — AC not repaired even after 28 days.

I purchased a extended warranty from Reliance digital for my Diakin 1.5ton ac, and registered my complaint on 21st JULY, they took my AC saying it will be repaired within 2-3days, now its been 27days and yet i m living without ac in this extreme weather conditions in NOIDA.
there is no one to whom i can contact, reliance customer care says we will revert back to you after discussing with service center and they never revert back.
service center personal never pick calls, i have to call them 8-9times and even after that they will say wee will call you in 30min and they never call back and pick calls.
Its mental trauma for me and my family, to keep calling them and expecting that they will repair it fast.
i ask them to refund my warranty money they say NO, i ask them to get it repaired by third party and pay the charge they say NO, i ask them to give me replacement till my ac gets repair they say NO.
its extreme exhaustiveness and traumatic for me.
mailed there level 1 and level 2 help care still nothing worked no one replied.

PLEASE HELP ME !! THIS IS INSANE SERVICE AND BEHAVIOR ON THEIR BEHALF .
I need my ac repaired and my warranty money to be refunded for this behavior, and never want to deal with them in future .
