[Resolved] Reliance Digital — acs and aquaguard | |||||
I have never come across such poor service and problems in any outlet where one goes to buy a product. The sales team took nearly 2.5 hrs to do billing wherein 5-6 people got involved and couldnt do a simple billing for items (2 acs and one aquaguard) purchased. Now, its only 3 months and my aquaguard (Eureka forbes) machine is giving me problems with the tap broken and water leaking. Their contact nos. Never seems to work or respond. Is this the service a customer gets from products worth so much purchased in their outlet? I need my aquaguard done up and no response from their phones. Does one have to go personally in this digital world to complain about such things? Also, i had the meanest and most horrible time first of all to get delivery of my product (A. C.) after 4-5 days and then installing the same. They refused to do it and insisted on additional costs as my residence is on the 5th floor. I had to get the acs installed by myself through others with additional cost. Most discouraging and bad service outlet i have experienced. I need service and do not know who to go to even after paying for an extra 3 years (Extended warranty) when i purchased the aquaguard. Can one help please? Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have purchased a Sony pendrive at Adoni reliance digital its not in working condition and we have asked for replacement the guy Siva Prasad he was the manager not even giving respect to us shouting like hell.This is what his behaviour.Is this your employees respect towards customers.
