Dear Sir,
i bought one Hitachi split AC from Reliance Digital, ambiance Mall vasant Kunj Delhi on 21 st May'2016. Next day (Sunday) i received the delivery and subsequently i got a call from service engineer for installation. After waiting till late evening i called service engineer, he said he was stuck somewhere so he will not able to come. But he confirmed that he will send his engineer tomorrow Monday morning and get the AC installed. I waited till afternoon nobody turned up, i again start calling the engineer but he did not picked up my calls. i even call the store, the sale representative said he will ensure the installation. In the evening the engineer picked up the call and start giving me lots of excuses and again promised me that Tuesday he will definitely get it installed.
Tuesday i again chased him whole day, in the evening around 5:00PM three young boys came for AC installation. The ordeal starts from there, they worked there for 7 Hours, YES seven long HOURS to install the AC and the result the compressor does not start. At the end they say that they will come back with their USTAD & Electrician to identify the error.
The guys who are there to install the AC, it seems that they are doing heat and trial for every step, they are not experience enough to install AC, and the workman ship was pathetic. They have the capability to make any good AC into a junk. Looking at the installation i do not know how my AC will work going forward.
Lastly i am still waiting for the engineer to get the installation completed. Today is the 8th Day.
The kind of experience i am having from reliance store will defiantly discourage to go there or even suggest some one !!!
i request two thing one is to make my AC operational and secondly by sending some expert get the inspection done on the installation part so that later i should face any problem due to poor installation.
