Reliance Digital — Air conditioner installation and behaviour of the employees

As I have bought a Hitachi air conditioner from reliance digital in Anna nagar situated near roundtana signal on 27/04/2016. And the commitment given to me was that they'll install it within 3 days from the date of PURCHASE and it was supposed to be installed on 30/04/2016 but they didn't and when I asked them why they didn't even give a minimum decency of replying properly and they gave me a reply saying that they'll install it before 11:00 AM on 1/05/2016 but they haven't and each time I call they just say our technician will call but no one has called yet. And I told them that I'll install it myself and they told that if I install it myself we won't give you warranty. This is a very upsetting thing.
