I've got an extended warranty while purchasing the filter. For that resq has to change my filter. But they're not doing anything 😔 since 10th july after i raised the request.
From 13th they are saying part had not received. But after that no update.
After numerous calls with their service center nothing happens. The executive just gives me the same update as above then puts my call on hold. Then it goes on for 10 mins and disconnects.

Al the customer care guys are saying they can't do anything and I've to wait.
But wait for how long?
Every freaking one of them is saying, we will arrange a phone call back but no one calls.
If I ask them to transfer the call to their senior or manager they put me on hold and after few minutes disconnect the call. This happened more than 5 times.
No one is doing anything.
Neither telling me when this is going to be resolved.
