I had purchased a water purifier aquaguard expert from reliance digital asansol. The product was defective and so we appealed for it. So they changed the product. The second product is defective too. The band is changing automatically and the taste of water is horrible and undrinkable and so we are facing a big problem since we hv buy water daily. This is causing great trouble to us bcoz we are working people and it is vry difficult to rush to the market daily for the same. Moreover water is trickling down everytime. So we requested them to change the model but each time they refused and always called us to their office but they could not help us in anyway, i think that they just called us to harrase us. This type of behaviour is unexpected from a company like reliance and i am personally vry dissatisfied and annoyed with them
