Reliance Digital — bad service & communication by rescue team | |||
We have bought the purit water purifier in feb 2018 and now its not working now within 7 month this happen, we have booked the complaint on 11th sept but after 10 days also we have not got any update nor any communication by them, and reliance coustomer guys telling us it will take time about 15 to 20 days to get a part after that it will solve but still now we doesnt know when it will solve, currently in festival seasons we are using bislery water for driking no cens to buy high quality production from reliance digital, It's very bad to say that for 15 -20 days we cannot drink water as per reliance. its very sad to say that reliance doesnt care about the customer once the product sold to customer. i am suggest no one should by any production from digital after this issue.
