[Resolved] Reliance Digital — bajaj shakti 25l geyser installation pending since 18.11.2017 | |||
Called several times to reliance digital asansol contact no.-[protected], but still pending the installation even paid for it. They are saying we had logged a call for sevice centre, but service centre have not given any confirmation about it. Acctually i am very disappointed from such type of sevice. So kindly arrange for refund of the product. Also reliance digital service persons are not even communicating. Mr vijay is a service person at asansol reliance digital store, he is not even communicating and also not giving any higher officials contact no. Or escallating the issue and cut down the call before completing the conversation. This is very unfortunate. We never expect such type of service from reliance digital. Due to such type of irresponsible staff, reliance brand value is going down. So pleaese take a necessary action regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |||
