I bought 2 of the products from you yesterday which were delivered to me today from your Jamnagar Store.
Order Number # RDF11938370
I clearly gave my GSTIN number which was successfully registered with the order and I have attached a Screenshot of the same for your reference.
However when the order was delivered to me today, the representative insisted on not opening the package in his presence and just give him the OTP to complete the order.
In a good faith I gave him the OTP and he left.
I am looking at the Invoice received with the order which DOES NOT HAVE MY GST NUMBER. This means even though I specifically bought the product because it gave me the option to avail the benefit of buying under my business with GSTIN number, the Invoice was generated without the GSTIN number.
I tried calling the representative who delivered the order but he keeps rejecting my calls, Store numbers no one is answering the calls. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
This is not question about GST Credit but more of an unhealthy business practices,
I do not understand if they do not have this option in the Express Delivery why was this option available in their App? As mentioned earlier, I am not letting this go. I have clear screenshots of my order where the order was placed with the GSTIN option where I registered my GST and this was reflected even with the option of Express Delivery so clearly either they need to upgrade your technical team or they are into unhealthy business practices.
