I have paid Rs.58640/- on 24th July against the Samsung UHD 55 TV. Store committed delivery of same on 28th July, even after my follow up store manager not responded Lingaraj not responded, when visited store another manager MR. Lingaraj has all the explaination for not getting the TV but do not have answer for the our question. Concern is they do not know how to indent the stock from other store and because their poor knowledge customers are suffering. Imagine it takes 11 days time to get the TV and this is worst experience. Pls. Do the mock purchase at reliance store you are lost and you need run around each corner to catch hold of sales guys. Imagine if store Manager is so irresponsible and same is reflecting from front end sales team. Pls. Move out the people else close the store.
I am your loyal customer from more than 5 years, washing machine, refrigerator, I phone, OLED TV, head phone, second android mobile etc etc everything is from Reliance Digital and you can check same with my mobile number.
This complaint should not be a junk mail and I need action to be taken against the staff.
