Reliance Digital — Cancellation and refund of my order

I ordered a laptop from Reliance digital on 4/5/2021. it was to be delivered in 3 hours but they said due to lock down I'll receive order today 5/5/2021, in the evening I got call from store manager that he won't be able to deliver the product till 6/5/2021, now due to urgent need of money I want to cancel my order and want to get refund soon as possible, but there is no option of Cancellation and refund on their app or website .there customer service representative say that order can be cancelled only from my side but when their is no option available how I can do.
