Cancelled the order and didn t get any refund even after 10 days
I wish to raise a complaint against reliance digital where i had made a purchase of iPhone 11 64gb on 2nd October and immediately i cancelled the order as I ordered wrong color.

But till today dated 10/11/2021 i have not been refunded the amount of 38, 999/-.

Upon giving multiple calls with Customer care of Reliance they say it take 10 days for refund however no where in the website they have mentioned any such information.

It looks like its a kind of a scam they are running now the bank is charging penalty for late fees.

Who will bear these charges. Request to support and take strict action

Updated by harmet singh I have still not received any refund and bank is charging late fees for this. Reliance digital has no return policy of refund which is a big scam. i want my money with interest
