I purchased lg washing machine at rd store with hdfc card. After waiting for more than 90 days i was still not credited with 5% cash back as promised. I purchased the said item on 28 feb 2017 with the promise that rd will credit it thourgh my card as cash back of 5% if purcahse is made above 20k. The billed amount was 22k. I wating for the response.

Gautammk's response I have been frustrated from your big TV service center and customer care, neither big TV is responding nor no one is attending.
If you are unable and not interested to resolve my complaints so kindly refund my paid amount since I am suffering since 02 July 17 more than 15 days has been elapsed.
