I'm neelam and my data card number is [protected]. From past 3 months i hopelessly tried to disconnect this data card due to its bad performance which makes me forced to take another data card. Currently you people have been closed the cdma service to upgrade the same. No issues. But while i m trying to put a request to disconnect the number tour agent given a address of your service center and found there is no proper procedure to disconnect the number and the service center person advice me that there is no such guarantee of disconnection so you have only one option to close this service is change it into the prepaid service and then do not use it. It will automatically stopped. And this person made me talk to the back end agent he almost fought to get upgrade and disconnect. How anyone can force and humiliate the customer want to disconnect the service. After repetitive request and contact personally again and again, the service center person generate a request which i don't have any prove and also do not understand the procedure as i haven't received any reference mail from your side for my complaint request to disconnect the number. He provide me one request no. - [protected] on 16 june and asked me to pay the bill with extra amount of rs. 250 /- and assure me that my number is disconnected within 7 days. But when i do not got any response and i went to the service center and ask for the confirmation on 8th july. The person check and told me that the number is suspended and we do not generate the bil for the suspended number so i should worry about the bill as i've already paid all dues and money asked in advance. He sent the mail again to remind the disconnection request to backend office as told me by your service center person. But very strange, i did not received any reference of the same and more over i got the bill yesterday.
I do not understand how come your people cheat your customers and harass them again and again. And do not have any kind of proper procedure to address the customer's complaints at the time you are upgrading your service and stopped one of them which obviously affect lots and lots customers. Your people asked money to upgrade or cancel the same. This very very unlawful thing. I called customer care center and got the response that this service is temporarily out of order. And do not receive any complaints. Is there any solution of the same or else i've to go the the consumer court for these kind of descriptiveness and harassment done by your calling agents as well as service center people. Please do let me know if you people do not have any procedure to stop the service and customer pay you whole life for the service not currently available and no help regarding the same.
Please reply asap as i've already wasted 3 months bill money without using your service which actually closed in may as per your agent called me. I want solution of all my 3 months bill as customer is not responsible for your mismanaged services. I've already paid to much with an extra amount of 250 and suffers lot by time and money both and you still are sending me bills for suspended number and do not respond on the request of disconnection of the numbers.
