I have purchased Karbonn S1 Titanium Black mobile from Secunderabad (Hyderabad), Andhra Pradesh. Reliance Digital on 6th November 2013 at 13:17:35. . I was charged Rs 8299/-.
The same piece is available on the same day for Rs. 7692/- only. Here is the link of naaptol.

It is very unfortunate that a company like Reliance Digital is cheating customers and charging excess amount.
Please refund the excess money charged.
I have emailed my complaint to reliance digital twice o 6-11-13 and 7-11-13. There is a standard automatic reply as follows

You should hear from our representative soon with a relevant response, and suitable resolution to your problem.

That is the end of their communication. They never get back or solve the issue even after 20 days. They want to get richer by cheating customers.
