Reliance Digital — Cheating on products | |||
Hi, I have bought a JBL headphone model# T100A on March 9th 2016. It was working fine for only two days with full clarity. After that clarity is gone. While selling the product that showroom executive told if any problem u can approach us and they said we have service center in Hyderabad. But when the problem occurs for the headphone I went to the showroom they are saying that product is working fine they didn't accepted because they have sold duplicate product. They are saying to approach service center. But in Hyderabad there is no service center for JBL. So I don't know if I send to service center how long will take and whether they will repair this one or replace with the new one. I would suggest you guys don't go and buy in any reliance stores.
