Reliance Digital — claim of my mobile damage-insurance from w & a services not settled | |||
I purchased Samsung J7 max mobile from your Reliance Digital Store and also got it insured through W & IA Services (bill and policy copy attached). I accidentally got it damaged in July 2018. I got it repaired from service center and sent all the relevant documents to W & IA Services on July 22, 2018. I was told at the time of purchase that any claim will be settled within 30-45 days. Its been almost three months now however my claim is not settled. Whenever I call on their helpline no. the helpline agent doesn't have any answer and rudely says that its under process.
