Reliance Digital — Complaint against your sales executive

I hv purchased a samsung refrigerator from Reliance digital Karnal in July 2020 inwhich I have to be received a cash back with in three months, but still I have not received any cash back in my account. I have also complaint about your sales executive, they have misguide the customer and their behaviour towards the customer is not good. In future I have not purchased any item from Reliance digital and not recommended any person to purchase any item from Reliance digital.

I am AJOY LAHA, an old customer of Reliance Digital store at Krishnanagar, Nadia branch. Before I bought an IFB washing machine and 6 months ago a VIVO 21 mobile with finance from Bajaj Finance and I hostly completed the EMI of washing machine and last EMI of VIVO 21 will deduct tomorrow i.e. 02.03.2022. My experience with Reliance Digital store Krishnagar was really good .But yesterday on 28.02.2022 I visited Reliance Digital store Krishnagar to buy a mobile phone at low budget with my wife . A reprentative came and ask what kind of oh I wanted. I clearly told that I wanted a mobile phone with 3 GB RAM and 32 internal memory of any compan6 at low budget. He offered me Redmi 9A and A VIVO and OPPO phone . As I at first told him my requirements clearly I hoped he was showing me all the phones with 3 GB RAM and 32 internal memory. I decided to buy the Redmi 9A with cash purchase . But when I came back home I discovered it was a Redmi 9A with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory. As it was around 8:15 pm I thought it would be better to visit the store next morning i.e. on 01.03.2022. Today I have visited the branch twice as the representative who sold me the ph was not present at first time. In second time I have met the representative but he was already aware the fact and as soon as I approach him he told me "you are lying and you can conflict with us ". It was a very unexpected and rough behaviour for me as I had no such intention and I never told him that he was lying. But he clearly insulted me I was lying. However, it is a phone with Rs 7799 and I will not die for this cheat . But I had a good feeling for Reliance Digital store and that is why I visited the store when ever I needed anything to buy. But this kind of inhuman and cheated behaviour from a representative will definitely harm the reputation of this good store .
