This is with regards to my innumerable complaints for Reliance complaint number - [protected] which has not been resolved till now.
The service guy visited today and was handed with wrong part which was requested during his last visit. Can't you guys even arrange for the correct damaged part and send with a mismatch chip? What kind of RELIANCE SERVICES ARE THESE?
I have been complaining almost daily on the toll free number and spoke to innumerable people and after been asking to transfer my call to service center or senior the call is been conveniently disconnected and when asked for direct number, they say due to privacy it cannot be disclosed. I am keen to know what kind of privacy needs to be maintained in terms of addressing a customer complaint need to be maintained? What kind of protocol is this?
I have all the call recordings and I am sure you have it to and I have been committed to get this resolved before 31st of JULY which is SUNDAY WOW.
This complaint has been ongoing from the 9th of June with complaint number 26073147 which was not addressed at all and a new complaint number is assigned to me this time. Excellent team work guys to easily hide the flaws.
I am extremely fed up with the kind of services you guys offer and believe me if this doesn't get solved now I am going to remove the whole ac and throw at lokhandwala branch of reliance and make sure to shut u guys down through consumer forum. Forwarding the same email there
Also if you do not have the parts DO NOT SELL SUCH EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY AND MAKE FOOL OF CUSTOMERS. I am sure there are many more like us facing same issues and will help to get your store down
