We have purchased a Sony Laptop from Reliance Digital Store, Z-Square mall, Kanpur on 02.02.2014, and my laptop have deposited in your resQ Digital service centre, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur due to some problems on 25.08.2016. as on date no response from service centre regarding laptop and person have no response, kindly take a suitable action urgently at your end.
