Hi, I purchased reconnect 43' smart tv in reliancedigital, i made a payment rs.32990 but actual tv cost rs.27990 rs.5000 extra for 1yr warranty that i knew after payment i told to manager kindly cancel 1yr extra warranty and refund my extra rs.5000 which i paid. Store people not at all respond till now. It's already 8days over i gave complaint to reliance customer support through call that people very busy with other customers but no one responding. One LED i have booked it is not delivered on time so I cancelled it and asking them refund, They are saying it will take 7 days to return but it is more than 12 days. No one responded and not even they are picking call and responding to my emails
