After recharging my account on 13aug 2017 for rs2820.00 my no.[protected] Unable to get customer care from the past four days as kids plus was discontinued and the message they sent is different Dear Reliance DIGITAL TV customer, on your request, your Bronze 12_Jan17 is changed to Bronze 6_Jan17_S and it is now activated on Smart Card No:[protected]. Thank you.Dear Reliance DIGITAL TV customer, Kids Plus has been deactivated on Smart Card Number:[protected]. Thank You.
