Reliance Digital — customer help desk behaviour

I have purchased one ac from siliguri reliance digital store bt its installation work is very bad and i made a complaint about it. Bt day after one from help desk was talking so ridiculously over the phone and they totally blamed me. From ur company this type of behaviour is nt expected. U should notice it properly because we are customer and to buy anything from reliance store we will need to think twice.

I bought freeze. Upto 2 days no technician service provided for demo class. No any call no response of call. Delay day by day. I don't like this service next time I don't buy any product of reliance digital
