[Resolved] Reliance Digital — customer service and courtesy | |||
I was at reliance digital at 10 am., the store was just opening, so i left and went back at 11 am. I wanted iuc topup for two of my phones. There were two sales persons, i approached one and said i wanted a topup. He said ok. I waited for someone to take care of me, but i found they were busy asking each other about registering new phones for customers, who by the way were there before me. I waited for 45 mins and no one even caed of my presence or said it would take a while or so. I had to walk out of the store without topup. "hats off to mr.
