[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Customer service is worst and charges applicable if the issue is with the service provider | |||
I have called the service centre today as my tv suddenly started showing the message ERROR 103 SMART CARD ERROR Reliance Digital TV Smart is not identiiable The first customer service call gave me the following advised me to take out the smart card and clean the card with a cloth and insert it back. There was no change in behaviour after this. Have called the customer care once again, this time they said they will take the complain and charge for the same to send the technician to verify. I am sure that there is no problem with my setup box as it was working and stopped working suddenly. So, charging customers for such reasons and asking us to call and followup is not acceptable.
