We purchased an air conditioner from the Reliance digital website to cater to the health and well being of our physically ill father on the 16th of May. The product was delivered on the 18th of May.
The seller of this product was: Reliance retail ltd, Cochin Digital DC, R Parackal Warehouse, OorakadU. The order no was: RDF50649627 and the shipment no was: DI[protected]. During the delivery we were told a separate installation team will be coming to install the product. After no one contacted us regarding the installation we called customer service and we were told to wait for 24 hours for someone to contact us. Even after 24hours no one reached out. We waited another day and post 48 hours we called customer service again only to be told to wait another day. The same thing repeated and we then called them to cancel and return the product, they then said it would take around 72 hours to initiate cancellation and get the refund as someone will need to take the product back. It has been 2 weeks since and no one has come to collect the product nor have we received a refund. This has been not only useless sitting in our patio but has caused extreme inconvenience in it not being able to help cater to our ill parent who has to be living in the extreme hot temperatures Kerala had the past few days.
We are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in the service or lack there of Reliance digital has provided. We would like to get the product be taken back from our house as soon as possible and get a full refund so we can take our ill parent to a hospital in a different city to which this has been a hindrance as well.
