Reliance Digital — Damaged laptop replacement issue | |||||
Hi I had bought a new HP Laptop from reliance digital store in Kolkata Mani square Mall . They gave me a damaged piece but now they are not replacing it or giving my money back. Please help me to get my money back. Earlier it was told that they will resolve it within 2 hours but then they said it has hardware issue so HP service people will come and resolve it .
