[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — defective ac

We bought the ac on 2nd apr 2018 and got it installed in puruliya. Within few days the ac stopped working. We raised several complaint to resolve the issue but even after multiple attempts the problem with the ac is not resolved. Even now no one is acknowledging our complain. Its really frustrating. My request from reliance to change the ac with a brand new and have a quick resolution for this problem. We already suffered lot because of this. Below are the details:

Hi Reliance Team,

Its been a while and still there is no action taken on the below request. If you are planning to solve this issue after summer thats not gonna help right?
Can anyone take a quick action on same and resolve the issue. Its already been a great dissapointment for us.

For Note - we bought the AC from Reliance Digital Purulia (west Bengal). And we have been there multiple time to report the issue but no action is taken.

Also if required I will escalate this to higher level. Thanks
