[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Defective Laptop Sale

I bought lenovo laptop from Reliance Digital Badlapur on dt 10/07/22, It was handed over to me dated 11/07/22, Dated 22/07/22 There was a technical fault in it, After showing the technician, he said that this is defective piece, I have received a defective laptop from Reliance Digital, After that we visit Reliance Digital No one here is willing to help they are told us to visit Lenovo's customer care, If I bought the laptop from Reliance Digital then why should I go to customer care service center, I am not getting any positive reply from Reliance Digital, Reliance Digital is only promising nothing concern, If you don't give me a solution to this matter I want laptop replacement, or Refund Here it is my product detail Product Name: 82H802L1IN - NB IP 3 15ITL6 I3 4G 4G 512G 11S Unit Serial Number: PF3LSS87 Was this information helpful? Aug 2, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Reliance digital not helping he told contact lenovo customer care i will call lenovo customer care and said my problem no is 1800 419 7555 they are not solving my problem they are give me a another no and i call that no but they are also not solving i spoken with Ankita & Mayur finely his giving me this email id [email protected] than after i mail this email but they are not satisfy answering. Reliance Digital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
