[Resolved] Reliance Digital — defective panasonic ac sold and poor customer service | |||
The panasonic ac that i bought was delivered on the 6th of june. It was poorly installed and the wall developed seepage. After couple of follow ups they came and fixed it, digging a hole in the wall and envy bothering to cover it. 2 weeks later it stopped cooling and since i was travelling i made a complaint on the first of july, since then i have been following up with customer service, service head but not a single engineer has turned up, i am not going to get a month old ac repaired and i need a refund.
