Reliance Digital — defective refrigerator delivered | |||
Worst service from reliance digital. Bought Samsung 415lt refrigerator on 28 june 2019.defective product was delivered with tilted leg, dent and operation issues with door. Have lodged complaint on 30th June. no response from customer care and dealer. Firstly they told we have to lodge compalint to samsung then technician will come from Samsung after then exchange is possible. Samsung technician took pics and told we have to cobtact dealer. RELIAN DIGITAL DEALER IN sarath city mall kothaguda now telling now technician from reliance digital will come and take photos.But no call and message from any technician.Every time we are calling to the dealer they are will update you in half an hr or 1 hr.But we never receive any call from them. we made a worst decision to buy such a costly product from Reliance digital. At the time of purchasing they told they will take care if any issue we will face. Please help to get our money back or exchange the product with new produxt without any problem.
