[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Delay in service and harassment to customer | |||
I have lodged several complains from 29.11.2016 for change of candle in my Livpure water purifier which is under Resq plan but till date not changed. How long one should wait for getting the problem solved? As on date they only reply through mail that they will resolved the issue at the earliest. Now my Livpure stopped working and I am drinking water by purchasing from outside. Then what is the benefit of purchasing AMC. It's purely intentional harassment to customer.
