[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Delivered a defective product aquaguard enhance ro | |||
I have purchased Aquaguard Enhance RO from reliance digital, Phoenix Mall Alambagh Lucknow in October 2015 . since the date it was fitted in my home it was not working properly. after my complaint to the Reliance Digital an engineer came to my house and repair it after two or three days it again stop working . from that time to the last week i have make several complaint to the reliance digital but there is no response. last week a mechanic came and told us that there is major problem in this device and two part is to be changed to repair it. As the machine is new and the company gave us defaulted product we requested them to replace it but ther is no one to listen our problem . you are requsted to solve our problem as i have two old and sick person in my home and a one year old baby.
