Reliance Digital — Delivering wrong product regarding order no - RDF03710644

As i have purchased a samsung smart tv through the reliance digital mobile app on 07/07/2020 with the order no of rdf03710644. When i have received the product on 08/07/2020 i came to know that i have received the wrong product within an hour i have raised the complain through phone as well as email to the concern customer service. But till today i didn't receive any product or else call from those customer service. Kindly take necessary action and solve my problem.
