[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Delivery of Samsung AC | |||||
I booked and paid for one 2 ton Samsung inverter A/C (AR24MV3BHEWK) at Reliance Digital Jorhat Assam on 23/05/17, which was supposed to be delivered to me latest by 27/05/17, but on querying today they asked for another week to deliver the item. Such irresponsible behavior on the part of such a reputed brand as yours is quite disappointing. The staff are giving varied versions for the delay and are not giving any satisfactory reply. I want refund of my money or compensation for the delay. Please look into the matter and warn such staff to deter from misguiding the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
