This is the complaint related to our order number : rdf04080065 and we are very much disappointed with their service. Also even the floor supervisor will commit one time of delivery to be done today by 9pm and then on our next call to your cc, the executive says that the last delivery time would be 7pm.
However till now we have not received any update on when will the order be delivered. There is also no option of cash on delivery while placing the order due to which we have paid cash online.
We can understand that there was a lock down period and today’s expected date of delivery was not in a list of lockdown date. Also providing wrong information about the delivery of the product is absolute ridiculous.
We thought reliance was best but now understood that why their customers are neither interested to buy anything from your store nor online.
Also today the cc executive is not able to transfer the call to his supervisor and also he felt it’s easy to cancel the order rather than solving the concern and then cancelled the order. He told that we will get the refund within 7-10 working days. It’s so so so pathetic and also did not expect the same from so called big name reliance. Please take immediate action on these guys.
