Reliance Digital — dth channels are not coming

Sir,

My subscriber id:[protected]Reliance dth big tv)
Plan: freedom 2499 (All_pay_chan_pack_2yr_ns_without_sun)
Recharge date:[protected]

Most of paid channel from dth are giving technical error message, i have recharged for 2 year recently as that mentioned all paid channel free for 2 years. But most of paid channel which were coming at recharge time are now discontinued please refund my money if these channel are not being enabled its been more than 10 days since the channel discontinued and a message started appearing on dth channel mentioned that “we are unable to show some channel due to technical reason….”.

Complaint email was sent to customercare@reliancedigitaltv.com on[protected].

Now not even single channel is coming from[protected], and reliance complaint number is also not being attended.

They should atleast let the consumer informed about clear road map of the issue resolution.

Reliance is scamming customers to such an extent, no wonder it’s the richest company in India..the most horrible customer service, it’s ridiculous how such a big organisation can not provide customer satisfaction..
