I am facing a network issue and requested for an engineer visit since 31st Aug . And till today 11th Sept no one visited not even bothered to check the issue. On top of that there is a big attitude of customer care executives. Also they lie on calls .they think we are fool. I have all calls recorded ...if issue would still persist you guys might have to see the court
