[Resolved] Reliance Digital — exchange of old washing machine to new washing machine - old washing machine is not taken by reliance digital | |||
I am manoj prabhakar. I'm in coimbatore. I have bought lg top loading washing machine from reliance digital outlet located at prozone mall, coimbatore. While buying my new washing machine, i have stated that i will buy the new washing machine in exchange of my old washing machine. The service person also agreed in exchange of old to new washing machine. Also, they sales person stated that there is no persons available at that time to inspect the old washing machine which is at my home. So, they promised me that within 3 to 4 days a person will visit my home and he/she will inspect the old washing machine, depends on the condition of the old washing machine some amount will be handed over to me in return of giving old washing machine to them. So, i agreed that and i bought a new lg top loading washing machine on 19 june 2019 from reliance digital outlet located at prozone mall, coimbatore. For proof you can check my name and mobile number with them Name: manoj prabhakar mob no: [protected] Now, its been more than 5 months and my old washing machine is still in my home and no persons from reliance digital came to inspect it or to take it by giving the eligible money for it. I have tried calling them frequently and ask them to take my old washing machine by giving some money depends on condition as it is consuming extra space in my home. They will be saying like they will check and get back to me, but no response will come after that. I am tired of calling them to take back my old washing and it is really lowers the esteem of reliance digital. It clearly shows that their only vision is to sell things as much as they can and there is not at all proper customer support. I am terribly disappointed by this..
