[Resolved] Reliance Digital — extended warranty purchased but unable to provide services | |||
I purchased one water purifier with extended warranty from reliance digital. First one year, it was under warranty of manufacturer, during this time 3 times filter changed absolutely no issue. After one year i called for service from reliance according to extended warranty. First time service is very poor and from the next day purifier doesn't function properly and give dirty water. I called for service.. It's already been three days.. And 8-10 times called customer service.. But not yet purifier made ok... Literally i am feeling frustrated with the kind of service...
