I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Reliance Digital, my recent experience with the company has left me extremely disappointed.
Firstly, I had purchased a samsung washing machine from Reliance Digital on 24th april 2023, since then no one has come for installation. Despite repeated complaints, no action was taken by the company to resolve the issue. Then on 9th may i personally went to the store in vivana from where i had purchased and cancelled it and asked for refund. The staff share 2 mail id’s of there floor manager zarina and umesh despite mailing them all the details of washing machine and photos i still had no revert from there end.
After so many days of follow up they informed me that they will collect the machine on 11th may and no one showed up and same was on 12th, they informed 11-12 am someone will come and collect and again the same thing no one showed up.
When I called customer service to enquire about the delay, I was given a vague response and was not provided with any concrete information.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service provided by Reliance Digital. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and prompt resolution of issues. However, the lack of customer service and delay in resolving complaints has left me extremely dissatisfied.
I would like to request that the company take immediate action to address my concerns and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I hope that my complaint will be taken seriously and that necessary steps will be taken to improve the quality of service provided by Reliance Digital.
