I've pre booked samsung galaxy s8 at reliance digital. The staff of reliance digital don't know how to pre book on samsung site and they didn't do it so as per the samsung scheme i am able to get my wireless charger but due to mistake of reliance digital' staff the process wasn't done and now they are refusing to give my charger and not even giving proper answer. They took 2000 at the time of pre booking and paid 58000 thousand so now i want my money back or want wireless charger as per the company's pre launching scheme.
