Reliance Digital — fault apple product iphone xs max purchased from reliance digital store | |||
I purchased iphone xs max 64 gb from reliance store punjaguta, unfortunately i got defective piece, phone start restarting continuously from the 3 rd of of my purchase, as i am out of the city from last 8 days to i'm came hyderabad and directly came to the store alone with service report of the purchased iphone, they are 2 days late for do policy sir but as i am a regular customer of reliance digital, i asked i purchased the product in this store i received a defective peace i request for replacement of new phone, i don't want phone replacement by service center i need new phone as per do. Could please do the favour for me on this issue. I haven't raised any complaint in the consumercomplaint i'm directly requesting you people to do justice. Was this information helpful? | |||
