[Resolved] Reliance Digital — faulty product delivery | |||||
We ordered lg tv from reliance digital, phoenix mall, kurla, mumbai on 29/03/2018. Tv delivered on 01/04/2018. On 02/04/2018, engineer visited for installation then found that it was faulty piece. Then, he logged a complaint with reliance digital/lg on the same day and assured us that we will get it replaced. But we never got it replaced but to add to our inconvenience, no call or message was sent from any office/person regarding any solution of the problem. 2 days later we registered a complaint again to the reliance digital company. They assured us that they will get it replaced as soon as possible. Since then, its just the never ending process of callings and detailed description of the problem from our side to the customer care centers and them being apologizing and promising of replacement of the tv, but we are waiting for even the pickup of the faulty piece from our home. So we want our tv and amount to compensate for our mental harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
