[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Faulty product given | |||
I have purchase window ac and stabilizer from reliance digital - logix city centre noida on 21st april 2017 against the invoice no 16. The stabilizer install is faulty as whenever electricity comes back post cutoff, ac get on instantly without any delay from stabilizer, which might damage the product. Tried to contact the customer care several times but they disconnect the call in b/w while raising the complaint. After several attempts finally raise the complaint having complaint # [protected]. Hope technician will visit soon and resolve the issue and replace the faulty product. Was this information helpful? | |||
