Reliance Digital — Faulty tv and fraud | |||||
Hi Team, I am a middle class business man living in Gurgaon .I bought a LED TV and extended warranty from Reliance Digital Store from ambience mall Gurgaon on d 6th March 2015. On 9th and 19th March i have logged a complaint about the TV as it was showing black spots and not working as per the functionality, the store reviewed and accepted the mistake and ready to pay me back the entire amount of the TV however they refused to pay extended warranty amount . I bought this TV on EMI's on a credit card which i already paid however i am not able to get expected service from the vendor.It seems this is the way they are doing fraud with the customer by selling them the faulty TV and extended warranty so that at the end they can easily earn easy money through extended warranty. Team i am a middle class guy not able to afford that expensive TV every year. Request to please intervene and help me in getting the amount of TV and extended warranty or the right tv .
