[Resolved] Reliance Digital — For improper and continuous disturbing of Dongle in the TV | |||
Respected Sir, I have purchased a smart Tv on dated 21/01/2014 from Reliance Retail Limited ;2nd floor, Galaxy Mall; Burnpur ;Chitra More ;ps-Hirapur ;dist-burdwan ;pin-713325. I am continuously facing problem with the product .Ist time problem has been lodge and solved after 2 weeks and more.And again i am facing problem but till now i haven't get the solution from the retailer side. So this is my earnest request to look into this matter and solve it so that after warranty there should be no more disturbance in future or replace this defective peice. My deatils are as follows:- Product name-Smart TV Brand name- RECONNECT Model No - RELEE4701(as per warranty card) So please solve my problem as early as possible.
