Reliance Digital — Fraudest activity in Invoice at Reliance Digital store

Myself Jignesh Patel ( mob:[protected])and I had purchased a Sony Tv and sound bar from Reliance Digital (Anand Mahal Building, Beside Gail Tower Anand Mahal Main Road Adajan, Surat, Gujarat – 395009) and in that I had paid for tv and soundbar[protected]rs including emi 3 month after brand emi discount).
On that day executive told me to pay total amount offline and then told me to collect invoice after one hour which include other store’s own items which one not purchased by me and all that items were added to my invoice without my consent.
From this kind of issue anyone can judge that following things which was total injustice with customer as well Reliance Company.
(1) Landing price of tv and sound bar said near about total ( for tv 221659.67 and for sound bar 22715.89) but they were adjust the amount of rs 253663 manually by adding own items which were clear shown in invoice and that were I had not purchased and they have collected at store while other items will be delivered at customer address.
(2) Other thing is that this store showing more price to customer and during billing they added own item to every customer those who want to purchase higher value item.
(3) Following items are extra added in my invoice also available in invoice.

(4) While I asked to the manager of store regarding to this one at that time he told me that we have to show or add these items as a benefit of store…. And also told me that we are already add this items in every customers account or invoice in benefits of store.
(5) This is the cheating with customer and with company that adding own items and collect it at store without considering customer and too much doing this kind of fraud with customer as well as Reliance Company. This RHP Plans sold at store near about 9000 rs which was purchased from my invoice that is 1500rs only.
(6) Finally I want justice regarding this fraudest activity which was happened with me.
Just give discount of all extra added items which were not added by me.
As per the invoice I have to pay for tv and sound bar is rs.232374 after brand emi discount.

From this incident I can eligible for getting another discount of rs.8756 …otherwise I am ready to take case in the consumer court against the fraudest activity in invoice by Reliance Digital.
