Dear sir,
I have purchased one led tv and one dell laptop from reliance digital at tgip mall noida on 04.07.2020. The invoice number are as follows:
[protected] for tv
[protected] for laptop.
Total transaction was done through my visa credit card.
Today (08.07.2020) at 20.16 hrs fraudulent transaction of 800 usd (04 transaction of 200 usd each) has been made against my credit card. I suspect some one in the billing section of reliance digital has used my card details for fraudulent transaction, because no other transaction has been done through my credit card in between.
Though i have taken the necessary steps to block these fraudulent transaction, my purpose of writing this complain is to sensitize reliance digital to raise an investigation and trying to find the culprit (Because the culprit may try again and bring down the name of reliance digital of tgip, noida).
I know, that it will be difficult to identify the culprit, but raising an investigation by reliance digital on the basis of consumer complain may deter the culprit from such activity.
