I have placed an pre-order of One plus Tv 32Y1 on July 14, 2020, and it was delivered on 6th Aug 2020.

As per below terms, I'm eligible for redeeming JBL Earphone with the help of coupon code 10 days post shipment which we redeemed on or before Aug 20, 2020. I have sent multiple emails from 10th of July, however there is no response.

Reliance Digital introduces a pre-book offer on “ONEPLUS 32 HD SMART LED TV 32Y1”.
The pre-book offer period is valid from July 3, 2020 to July 14, 2020 both dates inclusive.
Customers pre-booking the TV will be eligible for redeeming JBL Earphone with mic T110 BLK worth Rs 1, 290 at Re 1 Only.
Customers will receive a coupon code 10 days post shipment of all pre-orders via Email and SMS.
